1 - 3 v FC Halifax Town (H) 11/10/2025 Southport Football Club have been informed (by brother Colin Alty), of the sudden death of former goalkeeper Alan Alty on 31st October 2013.
Alan played in the Lancashire Floodlight League during the Billy Bingham period as a young reserve and then played in the Northern Premier League between 1980-1982 makng 81 appearances including being the Supporters Player of the Year 1980-81.
