Match Report – Press Association – 18/03/2014

Southport came from two goals down to rescue a point at fellow Conference Premier relegation strugglers Chester.
The hosts led through Craig Hobson’s tap-in and Craig Mahon doubled that lead with a brilliant solo effort, weaving his way through before firing into the corner.
But Karl Ledsham headed home from the edge of the six-yard-box on 55 minutes.
And, having hit the bar with a penalty, Ledsham redeemed himself, sweeping home to level in the 89th minute.
Home keeper Aaron Chapman conceded a penalty for the second time in four days at Bumpers Lane, this time bringing down Danny Hattersley in the 69th minute, but Ledsham smashed his spot-kick against the bar.
