The Southport and District League Intermediate Cup Final played against Formby Dons. The then relatively new Electric intake room for the floodlights is in the rear to the left. Decay is already in evidence on the Blowick Terrace. Played on FA Cup Final day Banks won 3-2 with Eric Iddon (back row, third from left) breaking his nose!
